Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within the Australia.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) from Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business day.

Transit Time

  • Once processed, orders are delivered within 1 to 9 business days.

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 11 business days from the time you place your order.

Shipping Costs

  • For Australia, orders over $90 qualify for free shipping. Orders below $90 will incur a $9.90 shipping fee.

  • All orders are shipped via tracked delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery details carefully. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, strikes, weather conditions, or seasonal peaks. However, we will always help investigate any delays.

 

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost, we will open a courier investigation.

  • Most investigations take 5–10 working days.
  • A replacement or refund is provided once confirmed lost.
