Shipping Policy

At Shaving Market, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse located in Broadmeadows, Victoria.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship domestically within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

• All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  
  
• Our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  
  
• You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Transit Times

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the options below:

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.90 AUD. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days.
• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $16.95 AUD. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $90.00 AUD and over.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or public holidays. The transit times mentioned above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@shavingmarket.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia using standard carrier services.
