Refund policy

At Shaving Market, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return process in accordance with the guidelines below.
1. Conditions for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

including all original packaging, labels, and accessories

accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- [Custom or personalized products]
- [Opened cosmetic or hygiene products]
3. Restocking Fee
Depending on the condition of the returned goods after inspection, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by: the customer.
If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost or undelivered returns.
5. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any restocking or handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- a clear photo of the item
- your order number
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times can vary.
